1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• The product has not been customized, engraved, or specially made.
• Return is requested within 7 days after delivery.

Please note that customized products, personalized items, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@radhug.in with your order number, product name, and a clear image of the item.

Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or provide instructions for safe return shipping.

3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
• In case of defective or wrong item received, full refund or replacement will be provided.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with product details and images.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect product, notify us immediately with pictures of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per our return policy.
