  • We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (if available).
  • In case of failed or pending transactions, please contact support@radhug.in.
  • RadhuG reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if there’s an issue with payment or product availability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
  • Delays due to natural calamities, holidays, or logistics issues are beyond our control.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy page for detailed information.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging within the allowed period.
  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

6. Wallet Usage

  • Wallet balance can be used only for purchases on www.radhug.in.
  • Wallet funds are non-transferable and non-refundable to a bank account.
  • Cashback, referral credits, or promotional wallet funds may have an expiry date.

7. Intellectual Property
